Final Project Mood Board

 For this blog post, I will be breaking down the mood board I have made for our film opening scenes. 

To start with my mood board, I wanted to convey the following of the main character to the happy surprise at the end. To start with showing the main character is driving as the film will open with them leaving their office job and getting in the car to head home. With our movie having only two characters that is what is shown, with the dark hooded figure in a plain photo and before a house at night. 

The board shows the simple costumes for the stalker, with black clothing specifically drawing on the hood drawing over and covering the face. While the photo with the girl is supposed to show that they are being followed, the outfit used for the main character that will depict a similar to that of the girl will be dressed in a business casual costume.

Drawing on the dark parts of the mood board is then contrasted with the two lighter photos to the right. One depicting an important prop that will be used is a cake cutting knife. The other photo of the surprise that our whole film will lead to and end on.

Showing off the multiple locations we will use for the opening, from the parking lot, the car, inside and outside the main character's house. Each photo has different parts of our film, I would like to update this storyboard when we begin filming and add more of our own photos along with some that we have drawn inspiration from.
