Acting in our film

 This blog will be a slight rundown of the acting my partners did in our film and some of the thoughts we shared.

To begin with, our two actors were played by Daniel Yanes as the main character and Daniel Lapidot as the actor. This was both my partner's first time acting, while our knowledge and experience were limited both of them were not camera-shy and carried themselves with confidence. Both of the actors also have been friends for quite some time so that helped with filming and being more comfortable around each other and on camera. To choose the people who would act we just volunteered and as the person who has the most video and editing experience I was elected as the main camerawoman and editor.

We worked around the lack of experience by playing more with lightning and cuts to add more personality and tension to the scenes. Many of the scenes have limited dialogue and rely on the ambience and sound, really only adding dialogue to the end to signify the surprise. I believe for the first time, both of my partners did well and executed the acting as we planned.
