Choosing the locations

This blog will detail the locations we used to shoot and how we came to choose these spots. We had many choices in our town to choose from, so many of our locations came down to what would be in the middle for us to meet and would provide the best ambience and atmosphere.

To begin our film we needed an office building to start with our main character coming out after work and getting in his car. Daniel Yanes chose this office building as it was a close location for all of us and typically empty at night for us to film outside. The layout worked well for our shots as there were plenty of bushes and trees to "hide" around and the parking lot right out in front for the shot to the car. Being near a small road also helped add other sounds of cars and the wind whistling through this first location was perfect for us.

Our next and last location was at Daniel Lapidot's house. We decided to use his house as he had a large garage with a motion sensor, this was needed so that our stalker would go to stop the door from closing to get in the house. The living room set-up also worked well as the hallway led straight from the door to the main area along with a TV to have low lighting and sound. The house location worked very well and a large thanks to Lapidot for allowing us to use and film in.
